Monday Morning Meditation Sitting

A peer-led group of fellow practitioners is conducting online meditation sittings to support the Chan Dharma Community in cultivating a consistent sitting practice.

There are 2 weekly sessions: Monday mornings and Thursday evenings. The Thursday evening session includes a 30-minute sitting period. The weekly meditation sessions are designed for the Chan Dharma Community members who have practiced with Dr. Rebecca Li. All levels of experience are welcome.
