Monthly Dharma Study Course:
Three Studies of Upholding Precepts, Cultivating Samadhi, and Developing Wisdom
From December 8, 2021 to May 11, 2022, practitioners met via Zoom on the second Wednesday of each month. Over the course of six months, participants listened, learned and practiced using a Dharma talk given by Rebecca Li. Course participants were invited to practice with the parts that resonated over the weeks prior to the gathering by integrating the teachings into their daily life.
