Rice-Cooker Mac & Cheese

Tips
If you like your mac n cheese extra gooey, I suggest 1 ¾ c cheese and mixing in some shredded, dairy-free mozzarella as well.
Ingredients
2 c pasta, my family prefers alphabet, but elbow macaroni works just fine too
2 c vegetable broth
1 c lactose-free milk, can substitute with original, unsweetened almond milk
1 ½ c dairy-free cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
Put pasta and broth in your rice cooker. Cook until the liquid is absorbed - my rice cooker takes about 12 minutes.
Stir in the milk and your cheese.
Cook until your rice cooker switches to warm. About 10 minutes.
Serve up and enjoy!
