Tips
Great over cooked rice or noodles. Top with your favorite sauces like soy, sweet chili, or sriracha.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
¼ c water
2 c leafy greens of your choice
1 c mushrooms
Preparation
Add oil and water to wok. Heat to a boil.
Add your greens and mushrooms.
Cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
